🕓 How long will my order take to arrive?

Our products ship from both U.S. and international warehouses.
Delivery time depends on the product’s location and your shipping address.

  • U.S. stock items: usually arrive within 4–8 business days.
  • International items (mainly from our Asia warehouse): usually arrive within 10–20 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow every step.


🚚 How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also contact us anytime at support@shopwithhava.com if you need help checking the status.


🛍 Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

💸 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry if that happens!
Please email us right away with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


💌 I made a mistake in my shipping address — what can I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Once the order is shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.

Yes! We carefully wrap every item in our signature kraft paper and ribbon,
and you can add a gift message at checkout.
