Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry and accessories that have been worn, opened, or used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
– With all tags and original packaging included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
