Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or special promotions.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact your local post office first — then reach out to us at  support@shopwithhava.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer  unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
